We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.  All payment processing is done securely through Authorize.Net.

Shipping

At this time we only ship within the contiguous 48 States.   If you would like expedited shipping, please e-mail us for a quote on delivery.  If possible we will gladly accommodate your request.

Orders are generally fulfilled within 3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Most orders will be delivered within 7 business days from the day of shipping. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

We will utilize a combination of  FedEx and USPS  to  provide the most timely delivery to your specific area.

International:
At this time TheNaturalDogShop does not ship to locations outside the US.

Sales Tax:
Florida residents will be charged a 7% State Sales Tax. 
Shipping and Handling charges are taxable in the State of Florida. Outside the state of Florida, the purchaser is responsible for remitting any additional taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.

Order Changes:
Once an order is placed it is automatically moved into our order fulfillment system. We ask you to be careful in your selections of flavors, sizes and colors.  If you make a mistake, you may contact us and request a change.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request but if the order has already shipped, you must wait until the item arrives and then avail yourself of our easy return policy.  We make no promises that any order, once placed, can be modified. During our peak sale period of Christmas , no order modifications will be accepted.  Order modifications or cancellations that are accepted are subject to a $7.50 change fee.

Returns for Items Shipped From Our Warehouse:
Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. If a box arrives and is significantly damaged, then contact us before opening. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date. All notifications must be sent via e-mail to help@TheNaturalDogShop.com. Do not ship back merchandise without following the guidelines below. No credit will be given for miscellaneous shipments back as we cannot trace these with any accuracy.

Is the item(s) damaged?
Once notified of a damage claim via an email you will receive a call or email. You will  be asked for a description of the damage. We will immediately ship a replacement free of charge if proof of damage is evident.

Changed your mind?

Shop from home with the comfort of knowing that your order is backed by a 100% Money Back Guarantee. This 45-Day Guarantee (period begins from date of purchase) gives you plenty of time to check items. If for any reason you need to return or exchange a new item, just contact us and you're done!

Lost track of time?
If you fail to contact us within 45 days, we'll give you another 30 days to return the item for store credit at 100% of the item's price.

All merchandise must be returned unopened and still wrapped to qualify. If you return an item opened and/or clearly used, they will be considered used and ineligible for refund and the item will be returned to you via US Postal 3rd class mail. All items must be in new condition.

Refunds will be for the purchase price less shipping charges and will be made as a credit to the payment mechanism used to purchase the item (e.g., credit cards and/or PayPal payments). TheNaturalDogShop does not refund cash under any circumstance. If you received an item as a gift you may direct us to refund the giftor's card or receive store credit in the form of a fully transferable gift certificate.

Returns for Items Shipped From Our Warehouse:
Request for return of items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer must be received within 14 days and are subject to a restocking fee as follows:

Patio Pacific  - 5%
West Paw Design - 10%
Canine Covers and General Cage - 15%
Pet Gear - 20%

All refunds are subject to the merchandise being returned to the manufacturer in saleable condition.  Once verified your will be refunded the purchase price less the restocking fee and shipping charges.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the merchandise to the manufacturer.
